What customers receive and how digital work is delivered.
Nexus Business Suite LLC provides digital marketing, content production, creative, and publishing-related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, our services do not involve shipment of physical products.
The expected production and delivery timeline for each project is provided in the client's written quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement before work begins. Delivery times vary depending on the type, complexity, and volume of work requested.
A project's delivery timeline may be affected if the client does not provide required information, files, approvals, feedback, access credentials, or other project materials within the requested timeframe. Any material change to the project scope may also require an updated delivery schedule.
Completed digital work may be delivered through email, secure file-sharing services, cloud storage, project-management platforms, client-owned websites or accounts, or another electronic delivery method agreed with the client.
Where appropriate, we maintain records showing when project deliverables were supplied or made available to the client.
Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered work and notifying us of any requested corrections or concerns within the review period stated in their project agreement. Revision terms vary by project and will be specified before work begins.
